Tesla has once again shifted its estimated delivery dates for the Model Y in Germany, as spotted on Thursday by @Tslachan.

The Model Y rear-wheel-drive (RWD) variant now shows an estimated delivery timeline of 2 to 4 weeks, down from previous estimates of 2 to 5 weeks.

Additionally, the Long Range and Performance variants now show estimated deliveries from March to April, though they previously showed 2 to 5 weeks.

Tslachan also points out that Model 3 delivery estimates have changed, with all trims decreasing by one week. As a result, the Model 3 RWD, LR and Performance models are now all showing delivery estimates of 2 to 4 weeks.

Others noted Spain and Portugal also saw improved estimated delivery times.

The news comes just a month after Tesla gained max subsidies in Germany for Model 3 and Y units, and after the company became the country’s top-selling electric vehicle (EV) brand in 2022.

In January, Tesla’s sales surged by 912 percent year over year in Germany, and in recent weeks, estimated delivery times have been up across Europe.

Last month, Tesla’s Model Y earned the best-selling car in Europe for the second month in a row, and sold out of its Model X

Tesla has also opened its Superchargers to all EVs in 15 European countries, and the automaker recently did so in select parts of the U.S.
