Tesla Testing Full Self-Driving Beta in Europe, Reveals Code: Report
According to a recent tweet from Tesla owner and hacker @greentheonly, the electric automaker’s Full Self-Driving beta is reportedly being tested in Europe at the moment, most likely by people who have signed Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and are therefore not at liberty to divulge information pertaining to the testing campaign or its progress.
I see the outputs and locale-dependent settings.
EU is supported and FSDBeta is officially testing in EU (just with people under NDAs obviously so you don't see the videos published)

According to @greentheonly, a private beta is underway in Europe after reviewing FSD beta code, which lists EU as a supported region. Outputs and locale-dependent settings extracted from the FSD beta code also support the data miner’s statement.
So far, Tesla has only made Full Self-Driving available for public beta in the U.S., with V9 of the beta launching earlier this year.
Despite a Canadian launch being promised repeatedly, the public beta for FSD has not even been able to make its way up north yet. There have been reports of Tesla hiring private beta testers for FSD in Canada going as far back as 2020, but the most recent update from Tesla CEO Elon Musk has FSD’s public beta pegged for a Canadian launch in “maybe a few months.”
There have also been some reports from China of Tesla privately testing its Full Self-Driving beta in the region. Given that the European Union represents one of Tesla’s biggest markets, it comes as no surprise that the electric vehicle pioneer is testing one of its most touted technologies there.
Tesla is expected to roll out V10 of the FSD beta in the U.S. on Friday, September 10.
