Tesla’s European-spec Semi is headed for its first public showing in France, with organizers confirming the electric tractor will appear at Connect Trucks 2026 in Deauville on November 3 and 4.
Jean-William Dubal, Tesla’s Semi business development manager for France, said on LinkedIn that Tesla will be “presenting the Semi in France for the first time at Connect Trucks 2026.”
Auto Infos, the trade title whose Décision Poids Lourd team runs the congress, reported that the Euro Semi will be on display at the Hôtel du Golf Barrière a few weeks after its European-spec reveal with 550 km full-load range at IAA Transportation in Hanover, with European commercialization announced for 2027.
Connect Trucks is a two-day fleet and road-transport congress now in its fifth edition. The program centers on the cost of electrifying heavy trucks, with roundtables on who pays for decarbonization, how carriers and shippers share the premium, and whether long-haul electric trucking is realistic by 2030. Participants listed by organizers include Transalliance, Leroy Merlin, La Poste, Lidl, Danone and ADEME.
The French stop follows Tesla’s Semi Charging for Business rollout across France, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium and the UK, and comes as the company pushes high-volume Semi production at its Nevada megafactory for markets beyond North America. French fleets will get their first in-person look at a truck Tesla has already been staffing and charging for in the country.
