Drivers can now take a Tesla from Singapore to Bangkok on Tesla Superchargers alone, a route of about 1,800 kilometers that Singapore-based EV reviewer Daren Yoong said he verified in the Tesla app.

Yoong posted the corridor map on Sunday and said the longest remaining gap is 222 kilometers between Chumphon and Surat Thani in Thailand. He also noted that Singapore-registered Teslas can charge in Malaysia and Thailand.

Tesla Malaysia closed the last missing link in August when it opened a Supercharger at AEON Mall Kinta City in Ipoh. The official account said the site finished the Singapore-Malaysia-Thailand cross-country path.

Open Superchargers at Garage Cafe Chumphon and Meet Cafe in Surat Thani still leave that southern Thailand stretch as the biggest hop on the run Yoong mapped. His 222-kilometer road gap is longer than the roughly 202-kilometer straight line between those two pins.

Southeast Asia’s charging buildout sits alongside other Supercharger openings Tesla keeps adding worldwide, from busy urban malls to remote corridor stops such as new stalls in British Columbia. Owners shopping for a new Tesla in the region can check the route in the Tesla app before planning a border-crossing road trip.

Would you drive the 1,800 kilometer Singapore to Bangkok Supercharger run?
