Tesla Logs Nearly a Year of FSD Supervised Testing in Sweden

Tesla Europe said on September 11, 2026, that the company has logged nearly a year of Full Self-Driving Supervised testing in Sweden, covering complex city streets and rural roads at the appropriate speed across the full range of Nordic weather, in a fresh official clip posted to X.

“Nearly a year of FSD Supervised testing in Sweden: complex scenarios on city streets & rural roads, at the appropriate speed, across the full range of Nordic weather,” Tesla’s regional Europe, Middle East and Africa account wrote alongside the video.

The update lands months after Sweden cleared public-road FSD testing and days after infrastructure minister Andreas Carlson told parliament the government’s ambition is a Union-wide FSD Supervised approval. Sweden has already voted yes in the EU’s TCMV process, while national rollout still depends on remaining technical and regulatory steps.

In North America, owners currently see Hardware 4 FSD Supervised v14.3.7 and Hardware 3 FSD Supervised v14.1 Lite via software 2026.21.6 on customer cars; Tesla Europe did not name a build number in today’s Sweden clip, so the regional test stack stays unspecified beyond Supervised.

Europe’s approval map is still expanding market by market. Tesla recently added Slovenia as a sixth EU Supervised market, and today’s Sweden montage underscores how long Nordic validation has been running while Brussels and national agencies finish the broader clearance path.

If the Union-wide track holds, Sweden’s nearly year-long supervised miles through ice, rain, and rural traffic become part of the evidence package Tesla can point to as FSD Supervised moves from limited test permits toward wider European customer access.
