Back in October, it was rumoured Tesla was set to open a temporary service location in Victoria, B.C., Canada, ahead of its official store and showroom coming in Langford.

Now, more details have come to light about Tesla’s temporary location in Victoria, according to Citified. The publication says Tesla will temporarily set up shop at the Ina Motors location at Burnside and Gorge. Ina Motors will consolidate its used car sales in Langford to make room for Tesla.

According to Citified, Tesla is expected to announce its new Langford location plans “in the coming days”.

The new Tesla Langford location will be across from the Costco wholesale, at 2371 City Gate Boulevard, at a new development currently in the works.

Back in September 2020, Tesla’s President of Automotive, Jerome Guillen, posted on LinkedIn the company was searching for a service center in Victoria. The Langford Tesla location will be the company’s first retail presence on Vancouver Island, home to numerous Tesla owners.
