A brand new Tesla location in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, appears to be ready to open its doors to Tesla owners and prospective buyers, according to Reddit.

Located at 2829 N. Federal Highway, Fort Lauderdale, the new Tesla facility is expected to be a showroom, delivery location, and fully equipped Service Center. A Redditor confirmed the presence of multiple mobile service vehicles on the premises.

While Tesla has already made it clear that it wants to open more Service Centers in Florida, the new Fort Lauderdale location might not serve to further that agenda by a lot.

The new location is actually not a new showroom and Service Center. In actuality, the staff and operations from the Tesla location in Dania Beach, which borders Fort Lauderdale, are being moved here. The move is expected to happen sometime this month.

The Fort Lauderdale location has ten times the capacity and space of the Dania Beach center, so even though it’ll be the same showroom and Service Center moving to a new outlet, the move will cut down on service times and help Tesla erase consumers’ rampant dissatisfaction with the Dania Beach branch.

The roads of Florida are heavily populated by Tesla vehicles, so the region can use as many new Superchargers and Service Centers as Tesla can bring to it.

Update Feb. 12: corrected the address to 2829 N. Federal Highway (thanks Andrew!).
