Tesla FSD Fleet Tops 17 Billion Miles, Nearly 6.8 Billion in Cities

Tesla‘s FSD (Supervised) fleet has passed 17 billion cumulative miles on the company’s live safety dashboard, with about 6.76 billion of those miles logged in cities, according to the FSD (Supervised) Vehicle Safety Report.
As of Monday, the counter showed more than 17,003,000,000 miles driven with FSD (Supervised) engaged since 2020, and more than 6,757,000,000 city miles. The same page lists the supervised product in 17 markets, including Canada and Latvia.
That cumulative tally sits just above the roughly 16.7 billion miles Tesla showed when its rolling safety update cleared 6 million miles per major collision last week. Tesla opened the live miles counter on the same safety page in November 2025, when the fleet sat near 6.4 billion miles.
City miles are broken out separately on the dashboard, and Tesla notes that the counters increment at the average rate of fleet mileage per second. The company still frames FSD (Supervised) as a driver-supervised feature that needs an attentive person ready to take over, even as unsupervised Robotaxi miles grow on a separate safety report.
Adoption keeps feeding the dataset. More than 75% of new North American deliveries took FSD in the third quarter, and Turo has started offering verified FSD (Supervised) rentals in the United States.
Would another few billion supervised miles change how often you leave FSD engaged on city streets?
