Creator Invite Lands for Tesla Semi Rollout at Sparks Factory

Creator and Elon Chronicle writer S.E. Robinson Jr. said on September 7, 2026, that he has been invited to Tesla’s Semi Rollout on September 24 at the new Semi Factory in Sparks, Nevada, a day the company is framing around factory tours and Semi ride-alongs for potential logistics and fleet customers plus employees.

“Big news for me! I have been invited to the Tesla Semi Rollout Event on September 24th in Sparks Nevada at the new Semi Factory!” Robinson wrote. “This event is mainly for potential Logistics / Fleet customers and employees. So not sure how many creators will actually be there.” He added that guests get to tour the factory, hang out with the team, and ride in the Semi, and that it will be his first time seeing the truck in person, with a shoutout to Jason, Dan, and Tesla.

The invite does not change the date Tesla already set for the Sparks opening celebration. The company has been pointing fleet partners and guests to September 24 for the dedicated Class 8 plant next to Gigafactory Nevada, the 1.7 million-square-foot building sized for about 50,000 trucks a year after high-volume production started there in April. Robinson’s post is useful mainly as a fresh look at who is getting in the door as the countdown hits the final weeks.
