The Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles, California, will feature the first public display of Tesla’s dedicated robotaxi, known as the Cybercab.
Starting Wednesday, November 27, visitors will have the chance to view the self-driving car up close in the museum’s main lobby. The display will run through January 2, 2025, giving attendees over a month to explore the EV that has no steering wheel or pedals.
The Cybercab debut coincides with the U.S. Thanksgiving holiday weekend, making it a key attraction for tech enthusiasts and Tesla fans.
This marks the first time the public will get to see Tesla’s autonomous taxi concept in person, highlighting the company’s vision for the future of transportation. Tesla has shown off the Cybercab at select Tesla showrooms, however.
Tickets for the special display are available through the Petersen Automotive Museum’s website. Earlier this spring, the car museum’s Tesla exhibit, which featured Cybertruck, Optimus and more, came to an end.
