Tesla recently gave German YouTuber AlexiBexi a full tour of the automaker’s massive Gigafactory in Berlin-Brandenburg. As part of the guided walkthrough, AlexiBexi got up close and personal with some of the most important parts of the vehicle manufacturing facility, including the foundry, body shop, paint shop, and assembly floor.
“Tesla’s Gigafactory in Berlin-Brandenburg is big. And fancy. I have never seen anything like this before,” the YouTuber wrote in the description of his video documenting the tour. You can check out AlexiBexi‘s full Giga Berlin tour video below:
When Tesla held a County Fair for Giga Berlin’s official opening back in October 2021, the company also organized a tour of the facility for the public. In addition, Tesla also took customers on a 30-minute factory tour during the Giga Berlin delivery event last year. However, a lot has changed at Giga Berlin since then.
Not only has Tesla made some aesthetic additions to Giga Berlin since the public last had access to the facility, but the company has also ramped up production inside. In February, Tesla hit a new milestone at Giga Berlin as the plant achieved a weekly production rate of 4,000 Model Y units ahead of schedule.
Earlier today, Tesla reported record first-quarter deliveries of a whopping 422,875 vehicles across the globe.
