SpaceX has launched a referral program for Starlink, available in Germany and received by @awlnx (via @VirtuallyNathan). SpaceX sent out an email to existing Starlink customers in Germany that included a unique referral code link to share.
The unique referral URL looks like this: starlink.com/?referral=RC-1173-49138-8
SpaceX says for a limited time, new customers in Germany can test Starlink for 30 days without paying for hardware, when signing up under a referral link, according to a translation of the email seen by Tesla North.
Once friends and family are registered with Starlink, the person signing up under you will get 1 free month of extended service, as will the person referring as well. This Starlink referral program takes place from November 28 to December 31, 2022.
SpaceX says referrals are reviewed 30 days after orders have shipped, and once confirmed both parties will get their free month of extended Starlink internet service.
