A handful of Tesla Model Y units were seen loaded up on car carriers and leaving the automaker’s Gigafactory Texas on Friday, as spotted and shared by @Joe Tegtmeyer.

The post includes four pictures of Model Y units being loaded up and driven away on semi trucks outfitted with car carriers.

The Model Y units in the photos include colors black, blue and white.

Tesla confirmed in January plans to ship Model Y units with 4680 battery cells and structural packs from Giga Texas, though the automaker plans to also produce Model Ys with non-structural packs and 2170 cells later this year.

Tesla must also ship its cars out of Texas to sell them to residents in the state, due to laws prohibiting direct sales in the state of Texas.

On Monday, Tesla CEO Elon Musk met with Indonesian officials at Gigafactory Texas to discuss the supply of nickel from the country.

Tesla’s Gigafactory Texas is substantially complete, though the automaker is still working on some finishing touches, like the solar panel-outlined “Tesla” being constructed on the facility’s roof.

Last week, Tesla said it planned to make dedicated robotaxis at Gigafactory Texas that would include no steering wheel or pedals.
