Tesla is offering full-time job opportunities at Gigafactory Texas to high school graduates in the Manor Independent School District, according to CBS Austin (via @SawyerMerritt).

The Tesla Manufacturing Development Program will run through the Austin Community College District, and is expected to provide the 2022 graduating class employment following a seven-week Advanced Manufacturing Program at the college.

Tesla plans to visit Manor Senior High School on Friday, offering open interviews from 2:00-5:00 p.m.

To get an interview, students must submit an application here, then notify school counsellors that they have applied, at which point Tesla will reach out to schedule an interview.

On Wednesday, Tesla announced plans to create a dedicated Robotaxi with no steering wheel or pedals at Gigafactory Texas.

Musk was also recently interviewed by Chris Anderson in a TED production.
