Tesla Hits Milestone: 30,000 Superchargers Worldwide and Counting

Tesla announced a milestone on Thursday, as it has now reached 30,000 Superchargers worldwide and counting.

During the company’s record Q3 earnings, it announced Supercharger stations had increased 49% year-over-year, with 3,254 total in the quarter. For individual Superchargers, Tesla had reached 29,281 at the end of Q3, an increase of 51% year-over-year.
Tesla’s Supercharger network is one of the advantages it has over other automakers. However, the company opened up its Superchargers to non-Tesla vehicles for the first time this month, starting in the Netherlands.
