Lucid Motors to Preview its Arizona Factory Week This Month
Motortrend called the Lucid Air Dream Edition an “absolute mic drop” last month, following the opening of a Lucid store in New York and the surpassing of the 10,000 reservation-milestone – and now, the company is inviting media and the public to check out its Advanced Manufacturing Plant (AMP), located in Arizona.
Lucid Motors announced a Production Preview Week at its AMP-1 factory in Casa Grande, Arizona, featuring a series of events taking place the week of September 27, according to an email sent to Tesla North. During the events, Lucid will share an inside look at the factory, as well as opportunities to allow guests to test drive the Lucid Air electric sedan.

The event will reportedly have limited space, and Lucid will be sending invites out in the coming weeks. A first look at the Lucid AMP-1 production facility surfaced in March, though Production Preview Week is set to be the first time the company has invited members of the media en masse into the factory.
So far, the company’s Lucid Air is being well-received, along with Lucid’s announcement of its Lucid Care roadside service and over-the-air updates to its cars.
Lucid also went public on NASDAQ in July, with the company now listed on the market as LCID.
