Xbox’s Xcloud beta gaming mode actually works in Tesla’s web browser, according to a post shared Sunday on Reddit. According to u/NoNoveltyNeeded in the Tesla Motors subreddit, the user reported that Xcloud offered an “unsupported browser” warning message, they said they were able to proceed and play the game, as shown in the photo.
For those seeking games beyond Tesla Arcade, playing other games within the Tesla browser from Xbox and Stadia might be something fun to try, especially if you hookup a Bluetooth gaming controller.
Last year, a user also discovered that one could play Google Stadia via the Tesla web browser, accompanied by a video of them playing Assassin’s Creed. Tesla CEO Elon Musk also said last year that The Witcher would someday be available onboard for Tesla’s cars.

Tesla was also allegedly considering a next-generation AMD processor for its next infotainment system, which could support its future goals of making its cars more game-friendly.
In the midst of its gaming endeavors, Tesla also began hiring for a game studio, which is set to be based out of the company’s Gigafactory Austin, and will include a lineup of exclusive, Tesla-developed videogames for inside the car.
Earlier this year, one hacker discovered that Tesla would be moving user profiles to an online cloud, signaling that user’s could “save” vehicle preference presets which will follow a person no matter which Tesla they drive. The move to online cloud profiles could also have major implications for the company’s video game plans, allowing the player to pick up saved games from any Tesla vehicle they board.
