Tesla has put the Model 3 Premium Rear-Wheel Drive back on its Canadian design page, weeks after the trim was pulled when Premium orders were paused.

Buyers can configure the car again, but there’s still no way to order it. Instead of an order button, Premium builds now lead to “Get Updates,” which lets shoppers sign up to be notified.

Tesla lists the Premium Rear-Wheel Drive at $39,490 CAD. The Premium All-Wheel Drive is back the same way at $49,990 CAD, also with Get Updates instead of checkout.

Performance is still the only Model 3 Canadians can order new on Tesla’s site, at $54,990 CAD with a live Order Now button.

Premium ordering stopped in mid-October, after Tesla said high demand had used up its quota for China-built EV imports. Tesla hasn’t said when Premium orders will reopen. The quota has shaped Canadian Model 3 pricing all year, from the sub-$40,000 CAD Model 3 in May to the cheaper dual-motor Premium in June, amid broader trade talks.

Would you sign up for updates on a Model 3 Premium Rear-Wheel Drive, or hold off until Tesla is taking orders again?
