SpaceX will post its third-quarter 2026 financial and operational results after the market close on Tuesday, Oct. 20, then host a live audio-only webcast at 3:30 p.m. CT the same day. That works out to 1:30 p.m. PT and 4:30 p.m. ET.

That’s according to a release on SpaceX’s investor site and a matching post from the company on Friday. The webcast and replay will be available on the investor site, where pre-registration is open, and the event will also be livestreamed on X from @SpaceX. Investors can submit questions ahead of time through SpaceX’s Q&A platform.

This will be the second earnings report since SpaceX went public. Shares began trading on June 12 on the Nasdaq under the ticker SPCX after a $135 per share IPO, and the offering brought in roughly $85.7 billion in gross proceeds. The company’s first report in August showed $7.8 billion in second-quarter revenue, up 92 percent from a year earlier, and a net loss of $541 million. The Starlink connectivity business was the biggest piece at $4.3 billion.

The stock has moved a lot since then. Nasdaq’s quote page put SpaceX’s market value at about $2.2 trillion on Oct. 9, with SPCX shares near $162. That was also a lockup date, when up to 328.4 million more shares became eligible for sale, though Elon’s own shares stay locked up until June 2027.

The release doesn’t say who will speak or what the webcast will cover beyond the results. Tesla reports the very next day, and it has already opened its question box for its Oct. 21 call, so this is a busy two days for Elon’s companies.
