Tesla Europe Shows FSD Supervised Handling Snowy Swiss Roads in Winter Push

Tesla Europe on Wednesday said “FSD Supervised is ready” for winter, sharing a 4-minute video of the driver-assistance system navigating snow-covered curves in Europe, followed by footage of testing in Switzerland.

The first post, published just after 4 am Wednesday, shows a Tesla driving through heavy snow with the in-car visualization reading “Full Self-Driving (Supervised) Engaged,” and it had already topped 130,000 views within hours. About ten minutes later, Tesla Europe posted a second clip captioned “FSD Supervised testing in Switzerland,” which quickly passed 17,000 views.

The winter showcase comes as Tesla pushes regulators across Europe to approve the system. Germany’s federal transport minister said he will push for FSD Supervised approval across all 27 EU states, while Croatia became the eighth European country to approve it late last month. Tesla Europe has also been documenting the testing behind the campaign, including nearly a year of FSD Supervised testing in Sweden across complex city streets, rural roads and the full range of Nordic weather.

The new videos follow other real-world demonstrations Tesla has chosen to highlight, including a dashcam clip shared Tuesday showing FSD Supervised braking hard to avoid a T-bone crash at an intersection. On the software side, Tesla continues expanding its unified FSD V14 rollout, bringing the latest capabilities to Model 3 and Model Y vehicles on both Hardware 3 and Hardware 4 suites.

With the first snowfalls of the season approaching, the Switzerland footage puts Tesla’s cold-weather claims to the test in some of Europe’s most demanding driving conditions, with the company delivering a pointed message to regulators and drivers: FSD Supervised is ready for winter. For owners heading into the season, a Tesla that can confidently steer through snowy curves could become one of the system’s strongest selling points yet.
