Tesla Trademarked ‘Amazing Abundance’ for Almost Everything. Here’s the Full List.
Tesla just filed a new trademark application for the phrase “Amazing Abundance” with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
The application, filed under serial number 99894747, went in on June 19, 2026. Right now it’s just listed as live and pending, meaning it still needs to get assigned to an examining attorney before anything moves forward.
The filing shows Tesla wants to use the phrase across a huge range of products. The list covers everything from industrial packaging and welding robots to metal roofing with built-in solar cells.
It also covers the core stuff you’d expect, like electric vehicles, cars, trucks, pick-ups, off-road vehicles, and the batteries and wall connectors used to charge them. Beyond that, Tesla’s also looking to slap the name on merch like bumper stickers, brochures, and posters.
The phrase itself fits right in with how Tesla leadership has talked about the company’s future, tying autonomous vehicles and humanoid robots to what they’ve called an era of massive economic abundance.
Yesterday, CEO Elon Musk said on X, “amazing abundance for all,” in a quote post of a user describing the future thanks to Optimus.
Musk first floated the idea of changing Tesla’s framing to “amazing abundance” in December 2025. During that time, he signaled his intention to pivot from the phrase “sustainable abundance” (which had been heavily featured in Tesla’s Master Plan Part 4 in September 2025) to “amazing abundance” because he felt the new wording carried “more joy.”
Tesla subsequently formalized the phrase on January 21, 2026, officially updating its corporate mission statement to: “Our mission is to build a world of amazing abundance.” Musk has since repeated variations of the phrase and discussing it extensively at the 2026 Abundance Summit—to describe a future post-scarcity economy driven by AI and humanoid robots.
The trademark hasn’t been approved yet, and it’s still early days, so it’s not clear how Tesla actually plans to use “Amazing Abundance” once it gets rolling.
