Tesla Cybertruck Gets U.S. Price Increase, Free FSD and More Now Included

Tesla has raised the price of the Cybertruck Cyberbeast in the U.S. by $15,000, bringing its new starting price to $114,990. However, the top-end Cybertruck trim now comes bundled with Tesla’s new Luxe Package at no extra cost, offering buyers a suite of premium perks.

The Luxe Package includes a free Full Self-Driving (Supervised) upgrade, free lifetime Supercharging, free lifetime Premium Connectivity, and four years of Tesla’s Premium Service plan. The latter covers scheduled maintenance like tire rotations, wheel alignments, HEPA filter and wiper blade replacements, while also including wheel and tire and windshield protection.

Here’s how Cybertruck pricing now stands in the U.S.:

  • Long Range RWD: $69,990 (no change)
  • Long Range AWD: $79,990 (no change)
  • Cyberbeast: $114,990 (up from $99,990, but now includes Luxe Package)

The Cybertruck update comes just a week after Tesla applied the same strategy to the Model S and Model X, hiking prices by $10,000 across all variants while also bundling the Luxe Package with every order.

Meanwhile, some buyers can still find compelling deals on lower-end Cybertruck models. In Massachusetts, the Long Range RWD now qualifies for the state’s $7,500 EV truck rebate. When combined with the federal $7,500 EV tax credit, buyers in Massachusetts can get into a new Cybertruck RWD for as little as $54,990. While the federal EV incentive officially expires on September 30, 2025, the IRS recently updated its guidance to allow customers who lock in a purchase agreement before the deadline to claim it even if they take delivery later.

With Tesla continuing to adjust pricing and bundle value-added perks, the Cybertruck lineup is becoming both more premium and more flexible depending on buyer needs and incentives available in their region.
