Tesla Hikes Model S/X Prices in the U.S., Free FSD and Supercharging Now Included

Tesla has raised prices for the Model S and Model X in the U.S. by $10,000 across all trims, but the company is also making the luxury EVs a far more compelling package by bundling in its new Luxe Package of premium perks.
The new starting prices are as follows:
- Model S AWD: $94,990
- Model S Plaid: $109,990
- Model X AWD: $99,990
- Model X Plaid: $114,990
Included with every purchase is Full Self-Driving (Supervised), free lifetime Supercharging, free lifetime Premium Connectivity, and four years of Tesla’s Premium Service plan. The add-ons are worth an estimated $15,000 combined, more if you count the savings you’ll see from free Supercharging throughout ownership.

The Premium Service plan includes windshield protection, along with tire and wheel protection. It also covers scheduled maintenance such as wheel alignments, tire rotations, cabin and HEPA filter replacements, wiper blade replacements, and even front camera cleaning.
The move comes just two months after Tesla previously bumped up the price of both the Model S and Model X by $5,000 during their 2025 refresh, which introduced new features and design updates. At the time, Tesla cited higher production costs.
The latest increase lands as Tesla continues to see a surge in U.S. demand. The company recently extended delivery estimates for the Model 3 and Model Y as American buyers rush to place orders ahead of the $7,500 federal EV tax credit expiring on September 30, 2025.
By baking in FSD (Supervised), lifetime Supercharging, and other perks, Tesla is clearly trying to position the Model S and X as its flagship offerings while adding long-term value for buyers. The new Luxe Package could make the $10,000 price hike easier to swallow for customers who would have otherwise purchased these upgrades separately.
