Audi Q4 E-Tron is Disappointing, Says Sandy Munro [VIDEO]
A new video shared by Sandy Munro’s Munro Live on Monday shows Sandy talking about the Audi Q4 E-Tron, and how disappointed he is in the automaker for the electric vehicle (EV).
Munro begins the video by saying the EV is too similar to Audi parent company Volkswagen’s ID.4, along with a number of other complaints about the vehicle.
Additionally, Munro says he and his wife, who is also an engineer, both found the Q4 E-Tron to lack intuitive functionality, along with the driver’s seat simply feeling overwhelming with the number of buttons and features.
Munro points out multiple times that the EV is a lot like an internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicle, and that Volkswagen was essentially a gas car company that tried to make a few EVs.
On one positive note regarding the E-Tron model, Munro says it does drive very nicely, not unlike the ID.4 either, and that it has a better-looking trim than the ID.4’s offerings.
Last year, Munro encouraged Ford and other traditional automakers to shift to using Tesla’s charging standard, recently touching on the subject in the first episode of “Ask Munro.”
You can watch Sandy Munro’s breakdown of the Audi Q4 E-Tron, complete with his complaints that it looks a lot like Volkswagen’s flagship EV.
