More IDRA Giga Press Deliveries Spotted at Gigafactory Texas [VIDEO]
As Tesla prepares to begin producing the Cybertruck later this year, the automaker is continuing to receive huge packages for assembling the electric truck.
Additional hardware parts from Italian casting machine manufacturer IDRA arrived at Tesla’s Gigafactory Texas earlier this week, as shared by drone videographer @Joe Tegtmeyer on Wednesday.
Tegtmeyer notes that parts for IDRA’s giant Giga Press machines have been arriving with between 28 and 30 pieces of hardware at a time, and he also points out that this has been the largest set of deliveries as of yet.

The photos shared by Tegtmeyer were from a drone flyover update taken on Wednesday, showing the huge IDRA-labeled box just after some fog cleared up from the area.
Some users also pointed out plans for Cybertruck test castings in the coming weeks, ahead of the automaker’s volume production and delivery of the futuristic truck.
The drone video update also includes a few new structures at Giga Texas, including an upright steel installation of some kind and some other new land developments nearby.
A few months ago, IDRA also shared a few photos of hardware from the Giga Press in similar, boxed packaging with the company’s name in large letters along the side.
