Autonomy Sale Guarantees ‘Lowest Price Anywhere’ for Tesla Model 3

Long-term vehicle subscription service Autonomy has launched an end-of-year sale that lets users subscribe to a Tesla Model 3 for what it is calling the “lowest price anywhere” for the electric sedan.

Customers need to put down a $3,000 deposit and then pay $450 per month for the first 12 months, said Autonomy earlier this week.

The company notes that this is its lowest price ever, and guarantees it is the lowest price you’ll find on a Model 3 Standard Range Plus for a full year.

“Affordability and flexibility are key if we want to see EVs adopted at a much more accelerated pace,” Autonomy President Georg Bauer said in a statement to Tesla North. “This special end-of-year offer, coupled with our month-to-month subscription, makes total sense for someone interested in experiencing the freedom of an EV and seeing how it fits into their lifestyle.”

Autonomy is also set to leverage its national partnership with AutoNation, which it calls the largest auto retailer in the U.S., to help prepare and deliver vehicles when customers activate their subscriptions.

The offer lasts through the end of the year, and after the initial 12-month period offered in the deal, the Model 3’s monthly price will increase to $1,000 per month.

Autonomy launched the Model 3 subscription program in January, later adding the Model Y to its repertoire. It offers both of these Tesla vehicles in California, Florida and Washington, with more regions and other vehicle makes and models to come. Back in August, Autonomy said it ordered 23,000 EVs from 17 different automakers at a cost of $1.2 billion.

This promo is not available for current subscribers, but only for new customers activating by December 31, 2022.

To rent a vehicle via Autonomy, simply download the app, pick out which vehicle you want, upload a driver’s license and wait for pickup or delivery upon approval.
