Tesla had its Semi and Cybertruck on full display at its recent annual shareholders meeting at Gigafactory Austin. As for the Cybertruck, Musk admitted it will not cost the same as when it was first announced, when the futuristic truck launches in 2023, due to inflation and supply chain constraints.
Musk was replying to his ‘Master Plan, Part Deux’, when he shared the details about the Semi truck shipping this year with 500-mile range.
As for Part 3 of his Master Plan? Musk said it’s “coming soon”, noting it will be about “scaling sustainable energy at a civilization level to enable a bright future for Earth.”
