The 2022 Tesla annual shareholder meeting will take place at the company’s headquarters at Gigafactory Austin in Texas. Tesla says the shareholder meeting start time is 2:30pm PDT/4:30pm CT for the live stream, which you can check out below:
Shareholders will have voted on whether or not to support the company’s proposal of a 3-for-1 stock split, among others, while we can expect to hear some more news about what Tesla has in store for the rest of the year.
