Tesla is set to hold its annual shareholder meeting, known as its Cyber Roundup event, with in-person attendance available for invited attendees.
The 2022 Tesla annual shareholder meeting will take place at the company’s headquarters at Gigafactory Austin in Texas. Tesla says the shareholder meeting start time is 2:30pm PDT/4:30pm CT for the live stream, which you can check out below:
Shareholders will have voted on whether or not to support the company’s proposal of a 3-for-1 stock split, among others, while we can expect to hear some more news about what Tesla has in store for the rest of the year.

At last year’s shareholder meeting, Tesla CEO Elon Musk acknowledged the company’s headquarters had moved to Austin, Texas, while also declaring the Model Y was pegged to become the best-selling car globally of any kind, which we’re already seeing happening.
