Tesla has launched an option to purchase Enhanced Autopilot for select markets in the Asia Pacific region, specifically Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and South Korea.

Enhanced Autopilot features the standard Navigate on Autopilot, but includes Auto Lane Change, Autopark, Summon and Smart Summon. It’s available to purchase as an add-on during the ordering of a Model 3 or Model Y, and is priced at $5,100 AUD in Australia. It’s also available in the ‘upgrades’ section of the Tesla mobile app.

Full Self-Driving adds the feature Traffic Light and Stop Sign Control, and is $10,100 AUD.

In Singapore, for example, Enhanced Autopilot will be available for purchase post delivery in the Tesla app, explains the company’s website.

Enhanced Autopilot was available in the United States and Canada at one point, but was removed. It’s unclear if the feature will come back, as Tesla appears to be pushing the entire FSD add-on instead, as it is priced higher and therefore adds more revenue.

But it seems many Tesla owners would be happy to have extra Enhanced Autopilot features and not the entire FSD feature suite, with the major being Autosteer on city streets, which is currently in beta only in Canada and the U.S.

Tesla recently launched Model Y sales in Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Singapore. The company also recently confirmed Model 3 and Model Y in Australia and New Zealand would feature Tesla Vision, the camera-only version of Autopilot (that does not use radar).
