While Breathe didn’t comment specifically on the cost of renting the Model 3 units, Director Jeff Davis said the options would be “flexible and affordable.”
According to Breathe’s website, subscription pricing begins at £324 ($424) per week.
The Tesla Model 3 costs £42,000 ($54,981), though renting a Model 3 for four years straight would cost a driver £72,592 ($95,028).
MEEF and Breathe will also oversee a new ZERO platform, which will allow them to monitor carbon savings and vehicle data straight from the vehicles themselves.
London individuals looking for a ride-share through Uber can now also select Tesla’s vehicles.
