Concept: How Tesla Can Improve Turn Signals in the Car’s Display [VIDEO]
Designer @deleet.design shared a concept on Wednesday that expands turn signals to take up the whole side of the infotainment screen.
In the post, @deleet.design wrote, “Maybe now I’ll stop leaving my blinker on accidentally. Anyone else have this problem?”
The post also went on to ask what other features users would like to have, and later in the thread the account notes the original idea came from @WhatsupFranks.

Users in the thread shared a number of potential accessibility improvements, including one deaf driver who pointed out that it would be helpful if the screen flashed when someone was honking or had emergency lights engaged nearby.
Another user requested a seat heater and defroster function at the bottom of the screen, with the inclusion of higher-contrast buttons than the current ones.
Tesla is known for tweaking its concept design with regular updates, and also for noticing certain features requested by customers and putting them into practice.
Last month, deleet.design also created a Tesla app store concept just over a week after a rumor held that Tesla was developing a built-in app store.
A revamped Tesla Software V11 concept was also noticed by Elon Musk in January, with the CEO noting that “Almost all input is error,” and adding that “Car should do the right thing automatically.”
