Tesla Model Y Delivery in Alaska by Covered Trailer [VIDEO]
Tesla has delivered a Tesla Model Y Performance in Alaska, shown in a video posted earlier this week.
One 2022 Tesla Model Y Performance owner shared video footage backing the unit out of a carrier direct delivery trailer in snowy weather, as seen in a post shared on Reddit.
The owner reported that the Model Y unit was delivered via the trailer to Anchorage, Alaska, after ordering the vehicle last year.
In the Reddit thread, the owner detailed the order timeline, which began October 25, 2021, when the order was placed, before being delivered on February 2.
The owner also said that the delivery was an upgrade from their first Tesla, which, was a 2020 Model Y Long Range All-Wheel-Drive.
Other users also added that they were waiting for their Model Y Performance units, sharing estimated delivery dates ranging from later this month to next month.
In comparison, the owner says that the new Model Y unit has “overall better build quality” than their previous Tesla vehicle, adding that they “really like the new center console a lot more.”
