Back in July, Tesla CEO Elon Musk confirmed on Twitter that the new “mind of car” view UI from the Model S and Model X would eventually make its way to all of the automaker’s cars with an FSD computer, and that includes the Model 3 and Model Y.
Yes, updated UI coming with FSD wide release. All cars with FSD computer will have new “mind of car” view. All 3/Y can be upgraded to have FSD computer.

Known Tesla tipster Tesla_Adri (@tesla_adri), while skeptical of the updated UI rolling out in Europe so soon, did note that a list of changes and improvements Tesla apparently has planned for the 2022 refresh of both the Model 3 and Model Y–that also mentions an updated UI based on the refreshed Model S/X.
Yes, but I'm not sure if we'll see that mind of car view in Europe so soon.
On the other hand the list of changes for the 2022 model 3/y mentions a UI refresh related to the s/x refresh ui.

Tesla is transitioning the Model 3 and Model Y from the Intel Atom chips it was previously using to new, more powerful AMD Ryzen SoCs.
Tesla delivered the first Model Y Performance with an AMD CPU/GPU combo in China late last month, and a Model Y Long Range with the upgraded hardware earlier this week. Recent reports have hinted that the European Model 3 and Model Y may be next in line for AMD Ryzen chipsets.
Whether the updated UI will be pushed out to all Model 3/Y units or just ones with AMD Ryzen chips powering their Media Control Units (MCUs) remains to be seen. Both the refreshed Model S and Model X, which already have Tesla’s “mind of car” view UI, pack AMD chips under the hood.
