Tesla FSD Beta Canada Release Date: Maybe December, Says Elon Musk

Tesla CEO Elon Musk has provided Canadians with an update on when Full Self-Driving (FSD) beta will release in Canada.
On Thursday evening, Musk responded to the question with, “no guarantees, but maybe next month. Requires quite a lot of incremental testing & code tweaks for different road system in Canada.”

It’s unclear what specific testing and code tweaks are needed in Canada, but many replied to say passing lanes and traffic lights in certain provinces such as B.C. and Quebec can be tricky for Autopilot.
Nonetheless, Tesla is taking its time to ensure a safe rollout of FSD, as it should. Musk has promised many times in the past Canada would be the next country to get FSD beta, but so far the timelines continue to be delayed.
We do know there are some FSD beta testers already in Canada but they are under non-disclosure agreements and haven’t been able to share experiences publicly.

No right turns on red lights restricted to Island of Montreal in Quebec , Canada. Off the island your driver IQ is judged adequate and right turns on red are legal unless signage says otherwise. Add that to FSD when crossing the border north.
