Tesla Shares Footage of Model S Plaid Record Lap at Nurburgring [VIDEO]

Following up on Tesla’s earlier announcement today that its Model S Plaid set the new world record for an electric production car at the Nürburgring, the company has shared in-car footage of the full lap.
“Tesla Model S Plaid just set official world speed record for a production electric car at Nurburgring. Completely unmodified, directly from factory,” said CEO Elon Musk on Thursday.
On Thursday evening, Tesla shared the full in-car footage, which you can seen below.
“Model S Plaid sets an official full lap time of 7:35.579 at Nürburgring,” explains the video description. What a lap indeed.
