The Mercedes-Benz EQS was unveiled in April, and it has remained the subject of headlines and reviews alike ever since – with a new review from a familiar face coming to light earlier today.

On a new episode of Jay Leno’s Garage released on Tuesday, Leno performs an in-depth review of the recently-released 2022 Mercedes-Benz EQS, even featuring Mercedes-Benz Vice President of Design Sylvain Wehrnert.

The beginning of the video largely discusses how aerodynamic the EV is, with Leno saying near the beginning that the EQS has “true aerodynamics,” with the lowest drag coefficient of any car.

While much of the 41-minute review focuses on the exterior of the car and its overall design, Leno and Wehrnert also hop inside the car to discuss the interior, the dashboard, the massaging seats, fragrance-producing air vents, and a number of other elements.

Mercedes-Benz also detailed its fluid, dashboard-covering Hyperscreen in January, even before releasing the EQS itself.

In July, Mercedes-Benz detailed a shift to all EVs by 2030, as well as plans for Mercedes-Benz to launch six total EQ vehicles in 2022 – with the EQS being the first of the upcoming lineup of EVs.

You can watch the full 2022 Mercedes-Benz EQS episode of Jay Leno’s Garage below, and those in Europe can now order the EQS online, starting at $106,000 Euro.
