We see a whopping 16 new Supercharger locations in the U.S. this week, as opposed to just one last week. In addition, only one of the 16 new Superchargers opening this past week was an urban Supercharger — the rest were all top-of-the-line V3 Superchargers.

Meanwhile, earlier this week we also heard news about Tesla’s new proposal to expand an existing Supercharger in California to at least 80 V3 stalls, to set another record for the world’s largest Supercharger location.
