Tesla Browser Plays Google Stadia: Here is Assassin’s Creed [VIDEO]
The idea of gaming inside one’s Tesla is heating up, with owners sharing videos of themselves playing games and the company planning to develop its own game studio.
Now, in a post on Reddit, a Tesla owner has posted a picture of himself playing Assassin’s Creed Odyssey for Stadia inside his Tesla. The user also posted a video this morning, which better depicts some of the latency and frame rate issues.
Despite the slight lag, the gameplay overall looks pretty decent, considering it’s being played in the front seat of a Tesla, over Wi-Fi using a cellular hotspot.
How to play Google Stadia inside your Tesla? Just plug in your gamepad to a USB port inside your Tesla, open the Tesla browser and head to stadia.com/home, connect your account and start playing.
Last year, Tesla launched Tesla Arcade allowing owners to play PC games such as the likes of Beach Buggy Racing 2, which can be controlled by using the actual steering wheel of the car.
While playing Google Stadia inside your Tesla may not be for everyone, it’s another example of what you can do inside a Tesla that other traditional automakers can’t match.
