Starlink is cutting the price of its Residential and Roam service plans by 30% for November, according to a promotional email the company sent to customers on November 5.
The offer runs for 30 days and ends November 30. It is limited to select areas in the United States, so not every address will qualify, and the email urges shoppers to check availability first.
According to the fine print, the 30% discount applies to Residential and Roam service in eligible US areas only, and the reduced pricing holds for as long as your subscription remains active. Starlink also notes that performance and pricing may vary by location. The email does not list dollar amounts or any hardware discount, so the final monthly price will depend on what Starlink shows for your address when you check availability through this referral link.
This promo lands just days after Starlink began testing dynamic pricing that pushed some monthly bills as high as US$156 in congested areas. A locked-in discount for the life of a subscription is a notable counterweight to that move, especially for households in regions with spare network capacity.
Starlink has been leaning on deals heading into the holidays. Last month, the company dropped the Starlink Mini to $149 in the US, and it more recently started offering free Standard 4X kits to first-generation customers.
Canadian readers should note the November promo is US only for now. If you are south of the border and have been waiting for a better rate, this referral link will show whether your address is eligible before the deal expires.
