The Starlink mobile app’s monthly active users rose 332% between September 2023 and September 2026, according to app data posted by Similarweb.
Monthly downloads climbed 316% over the same span, the firm said in a post on X. Similarweb did not publish absolute download or user totals in that update.
Starlink’s phone app helps customers aim the dish, check for sky obstructions, set up hardware, review connection stats and contact support. SpaceX has kept expanding the service in that time, from Starlink Mobile going live across Brazil with Vivo to beating major UK carriers on countryside speed tests.
Pricing is shifting too, with Starlink testing dynamic pricing in some markets, while SpaceX reportedly weighs a Boost Mobile deal to deepen its wireless reach.
Similarweb’s snapshot covers the consumer Starlink app only and does not break out country mix or paid versus trial accounts.
Will the next three years look anything like that 332% climb in monthly active users?
