Tesla’s massive new semiconductor manufacturing plant, known as Terafab, is already under construction, according to new aerial footage shared online.

Joe Tegtmeyer shared drone footage of the site after receiving flight approval directly from Tesla. The footage shows early ground preparation and earthmoving operations already well in progress at the location.
When complete, the Terafab facility is expected to become the most advanced chip fabrication plant and the largest building in the world. The project mirrors the rollout strategy used for Gigafactory Texas, where ground clearing and site preparation began before formal public announcements were made.

Tegtmeyer, who frequently monitors Tesla construction developments across Texas, noted that regular aerial updates covering the progress of the massive site will follow in the coming months.
