Tesla has officially fully opened its newest location in Montebello, marking the debut of the company’s largest sales, service, and delivery centre in California. The expansive facility is designed to serve as a primary hub for owners in the region, offering a comprehensive suite of services under one roof.
Images shared by Zack on X show a ribbon-cutting ceremony on April 18 and a first look at the sleek interior of the massive site. The facility spans 140,000 square feet and is equipped to manage a high volume of vehicle handovers and maintenance requests. To help minimize wait times for local drivers, the centre includes 50 dedicated service bays and maintains a substantial fleet of more than 100 service loaner vehicles.
In addition to its repair capacity, the Montebello location features a modern showroom to display the latest Tesla models. The facility also boasts a massive delivery space that includes a dedicated detailing area, ensuring that every new vehicle is in pristine condition when customers arrive for pickup.
The grand opening was celebrated as the first customers began taking delivery of their vehicles at the site. This new flagship location represents a significant investment in Tesla’s service infrastructure to better support the growing number of electric vehicle owners across Southern California. It looks like a very big service center indeed and is one worth visiting.
