Tesla is teasing a major expansion for its Full Self-Driving (Supervised) software, with new messaging from the company suggesting the technology could officially launch in Denmark in early 2026.

An email sent to customers in Denmark, shared by longtime Tesla watcher @sawyermerritt, confirms that Tesla is opening up more available times for locals to jump into the passenger seat and experience the software firsthand. According to the email, these ride-alongs are designed to show how FSD handles real-world traffic and challenging road conditions in real time.

The company isn’t just offering a tech demo; it’s explicitly setting a timeline for a wider release. “A Tesla Advisor will guide you through the ride and give you an exclusive look at what to expect when it rolls out in early 2026,” the translated email reads.

This move comes as Tesla pushes for regulatory approval across Europe. The FSD ride-along program debuted last month, with actual rides starting this month to positive reviews. Tesla has since extended the program to run through March 2026 and expanded FSD ride-alongs to more European countries. European fans have even stress-tested a Cybertruck with FSD on local roads, yielding impressive results.

The software has seen rapid global growth lately. FSD (Supervised) is currently officially available in seven countries, with South Korea being the latest to join the list in late November. Back in the U.S., Tesla has already begun testing completely unmanned Robotaxis running “unsupervised” FSD in Austin, Texas, as of last week. Elon Musk recently noted that the company has “pretty much solved” unsupervised FSD, and the latest 14.2.1 release even lets you text and drive when conditions allow.

For Danish owners looking to upgrade, the email also highlights an FSD transfer offer. If you already own a Tesla with Full Self-Driving (Supervised), you can transfer the feature to a new S3XY model as long as you take delivery by March 31, 2026.
