Tesla is gearing up to hand over the keys of its refreshed Model Y Performance to customers for the very first time in Switzerland. Photos shared by Tesla Suisse Romande (@teslaswissclub) show the new “Juniper” Model Y Performance arriving at Tesla’s sales and delivery center in Bussigny, signaling that deliveries are imminent.

The milestone comes just a couple of weeks after production of the updated Performance trim kicked off at Giga Berlin, and only days after the factory started shipping the first units to stores across Europe.
The refreshed Model Y Performance launched late last month in Europe, bringing notable upgrades across performance, comfort, and technology. With a blistering 0–60 mph time of just 3.3 seconds — slightly quicker than the outgoing model’s 3.5 seconds — the new trim still delivers up to 308 miles of range (EPA cycle estimate). That’s only around 1% less than the Long Range version, thanks in part to Tesla’s new high-density battery cells.
On the outside, Tesla has given the Model Y Performance redesigned front and rear fascias, a carbon fiber spoiler, and staggered wheels and tires for improved grip and handling. The vehicle also debuts a new adaptive damping suspension system that dynamically adjusts to road conditions, as well as upgraded brakes and dedicated drive modes for better high-speed performance.

Inside, Tesla has outfitted the refreshed Performance trim with ventilated and heated sport seats in the front, along with perforated, heated, power-reclining second-row seats. Acoustic glass and enhanced soundproofing make the cabin quieter, while subtle ambient lighting and Tesla’s largest 16-inch QHD central display elevate the interior experience.
For now, the updated Model Y Performance is only available across Europe, Australia, and New Zealand, with no word yet on when Tesla might expand availability to North America. Still, these first customer deliveries mark an important next step following the vehicle’s production ramp at Giga Berlin.
