This is the big week that many Tesla customers and fans have been waiting for—the first deliveries and new details of the Cybertruck will be revealed on Thursday.
“This year, it’s Cyber Thursday,” said the official @Cybertruck account on X, while also sharing a new image of a menacing Cybertruck.
Tesla will hold its Cybertruck delivery event on Thursday at Giga Texas, set to start at 2pm CT (12pm PT; 3pm ET).
According to Tesla’s head of Investor Relations, Martin Viecha, he noted yesterday that the event “starts at around 1pm CT”, and that this is not a traditional night-time event. Likely the doors will open at or just before 1pm CT to shareholders who got lucky invites and those who redeemed for tickets from referral rewards.
Typically, Tesla’s event start times are usually delayed. So a 2pm CT start time may translate to 3pm CT. Nevertheless, stay tuned as this is going to be one of the biggest events we’ve seen to date. We’ll have full coverage on Thursday so stay tuned! #hyped
