Tesla Cybertruck ‘Beast Mode’ Version is Coming
Tesla CEO Elon Musk revealed some more details about the upcoming Cybertruck on Joe Rogan’s podcast yesterday.
Musk said Cybertruck’s 0-60 mph goal is below three seconds, while he also noted a ‘Beast Mode’ version is coming. He didn’t try to reveal too many details but did confirm the weight of the Cybertruck will be about 6,000 to 7,000 pounds.
Tesla is set to deliver its first Cybertruck at Giga Texas at a special event on November 30, 2023.
The company is offering up a lottery for Tesla shareholders to get free tickets to attend the event.
According to Martin Viecha, Tesla’s head of Investor Relations, said on Wednesday that the Cybertruck lottery has the “highest lottery sign-up rate ever,” suggesting there’s huge demand to attend the event.

Tesla’s goal for mass production of the Cybertruck at Giga Texas is 200,000 per year, or about 3,846 trucks per week. Reaching this production cadence will take some time, cautioned Musk during Tesla’s recent Q3 earnings call.
