Tesla Cybertruck Spotted with New ‘Pixel’ Camo Wrap [VIDEO]

Cybertruck pixel wrap

We’ve seen Tesla’s Cybertruck on the roads in California sporting a camo wrap, but now we’re seeing a second wrap that hasn’t been shared before.

That’s according to Mahesh Kumar (@mkumartweets) who shared images and video of this new Tesla Cybertruck on Thursday evening and Friday morning, sporting a pixelated camo wrap. It looks even more badass than the first camo wrap.

Check out the video of the Cybertruck spotted on the highway below, recorded by his passenger:

Here was the original video shared by Kumar of the Cybertruck, spotted on Interstate 280 in California, heading northbound. “Made my day!” said Kumar after seeing the Cybertruck.

Tesla’s Cybertruck is currently being tested for final certification and validation. According to Tesla CEO Elon Musk, “As far as we know, Cybertruck will be the first sub-19 ft. truck (fitting into a garage) that has both four doors and 6+ ft. bed. Both technologically and architecturally, this vehicle will break a lot of boundaries – very much in line with how we think about vehicle engineering and manufacturing.”

“This is the first truck that we’re aware of that will have four doors over a six foot bed and will fit into a 20-foot garage. So, it’s sort of biggest on the outside, but it’s even bigger on the inside. So it’s — I think that’s a — one of the elements of good design is it should feel bigger on the inside than it looks on the outside,” explained Musk during Tesla’s Q2 earnings call on Wednesday.

“And this is no small car, but we really cared about the exterior dimensions of the Cybertruck down to the last millimeter. So just — we try to get right in the middle of the Goldilocks zone, not too big, not too small and then really maximize the utility of the volume. And we can’t wait to start delivering it later this year,” said Musk.

Cybertruck will be produced at Giga Texas and high volume production isn’t expected until 2024.
