Vote Now: Help Turn the ‘Tesla Center’ Lego Idea into Reality

A new “Tesla Center” product idea has been submitted to the Lego Ideas platform, offering a creative response to the growing presence of electric vehicles on our roads, specifically Tesla vehicles.

Designed to fit seamlessly within existing modular Lego sets, the create Tesla Center set allows children and adults alike the opportunity to build, explore, and play with a sustainable and futuristic automotive ecosystem. To help make this eco-friendly and innovative set a reality, enthusiasts are encouraged to vote for it on the Lego Ideas website.

Inspired by actual Tesla Centers, the set concept includes a dedicated space for Tesla vehicle sales, complete with a color palette wall for personalizing each vehicle. A technician’s workspace features two garage doors equipped with a rolling door system, allowing cars to enter the technical center for maintenance or software updates.

The set also comes with three Superchargers, which can charge up to three Lego Tesla cars simultaneously in the dedicated parking spaces.

Included in the Tesla Center set idea are four Lego electric vehicles: a Model Y, two Model S cars, and a Cybertruck.

Essentially, if a Lego Ideas project gets enough supporters, it can be picked by Lego to turn into an actual set. So far, since submitting the project on March 7, 2023, there are now 3,189 supporters. The project was created by Lego fan by the name of ‘Airbricks95’.

Back in 2020, a Tesla Cybertruck Lego set on the Ideas website was rejected by the review board, despite reaching 10,000 supporters. The Lego team didn’t specify a reason only to say it would not proceed with the Cybertruck idea.
