According to @Croathlete, who shared a picture of 2021.44.30.5 release notes, the update includes FSD beta 10.8.1.

The update also resets FSD beta for those that were suspended. “We have reset the ‘Forced Autopilot Disengagements’ counter on your vehicle to 0,” explains Tesla. In order to qualify to test FSD beta, one needs to meet minimum Tesla Safety Scores out of 100, with right now scores of 98 or higher getting access.

… fsd beta doesnt use safety score at all. The safety score disappears once you’re on fsd. Safety score is used to gauge your entry into fsd beta.
