Permits for each of the locations was recently spotted by Marco, which means construction on each site could begin soon (or has started already).
Bellevue Square, WA
Supercharger #1: Bellevue Square, WA
This is by far the weirdest out of the 5. For some reason the permit is said to be finaled (Supercharger open), even though construction reportedly never begun, and @TeslaCharging never said the Supercharger was open 🤷♂️

The permit for this one is pretty weird, in that it says it has already been finalized, which would mean the Supercharger is already open. Maybe Tesla’s experimenting with clandestine Supercharger openings? The site will house 20 top-of-the-line V3 stalls with a power output of up to 250 kW per car.
Bellevue – SE 38th St, WA

Issaquah Highlands – NE Park Dr, WA
Supercharger #4: Issaquah – NE Park Dr, WA
This next Supercharger comes to you from the Issaquah Highlands. 8 V3 stalls are planned for the parking deck next to the Regal Cinemas. The permit is currently in for review. pic.twitter.com/5lKieQiLRe

The permit, currently under review, is for an 8-stall V3 Supercharger in the parking deck next to the Regal Cinemas in the Issaquah Highlands.
Everett – Everett Mall Way, WA
Supercharger #5: Everett, WA
And here is the final location, out of 5. This one is planned for the Target on Everett Mall Way.
I found this location on a different search tool, and the number of stalls was not indicated. Regardless, it's definitely a Supercharger.

Marco also found a permit for a fifth Supercharger at the Target on Everett Mall Way. How many stalls this installation will host currently remains unknown.
Tesla is constantly improving its global Supercharger network, which gives it a profound edge over the competition. Improvements are also not limited to physical expansion — earlier this month, Tesla started rolling out SpaceX Starlink Wi-Fi to Superchargers in Canada after doing the same in the U.S. last month.
